Another Bicycle deck being released direct from USPCC.
I'll post more info when it's available

I'd swear I've seen this concept before, though maybe not from Bicycle. And the ones I saw didn't have indices on them, I think.
So, what's next? Bicycle Trivial Pursuit? Bicycle Yu-Gi-Oh!? Bicycle the Gathering? Or perhaps Bicycle Monopoly? Wait - I know! Bicycle Call of Duty: Black Ops!
(Just havin' a little fun...) :))
-
There are a total of 6 new Bicycle decks coming out with a scheduled release on 12/1/12.
Thanks!

I posted a couple of pictures on twitter that show the back and the front a little clearer:

Check them out!!!

I'm going to pass on these. I don't like how they look at all and they don't look to be anything special.
-
The other 4 decks I like. As soon as I get the go ahead, I will post pictures on my blog and twitter.
Thanks!
-
Like the idea, but am not a huge fan of the look. Pass. Can't wait to hear about the other decks, though, BMP. :)
-
As soon as I hear back that it is OK to post about them on my blog, I will and let everyone know.
Thanks!

Looking forward to it.
I like the backs on these - they remind me of Aviators. But I'm not much of a dominoes player and I buy decks I can use and not just stare at! I wouldn't turn them down as a gift, but I wouldn't buy them, either.

They may not be for everyone, but I think they're kinda neat. Just a whole new concept for playing cards really and I think they will be a nice addition to my collection.
Tthanks!

Check out our blog post on Bicycle Double Nine Domino Playing Cards:

Thanks!

they are cool, but not really usable for anything besides playing dominos. I think USPCC may have to have some blowout sales on these.

There are Bicycle collectors who will by anything with the Bicycle name on it. You could invent a one-card deck, put "Bicycle" on it, and they'll buy it. As long as USPC doesn't make too many of them, they'll have no trouble selling them.
-
Are they bridge-sized?
-
Not sure but they do look bridge size.
Thanks!
-
Agreed. Bridge size has a height/length ratio that's closer to that of a domino, so it seems a logical choice. Even more logical when you factor the number of "dominos" you'd be holding in one hand during a game, just as you would be playing bridge. You can hold more narrow cards than wide ones in a hand...

This will be great for traveling.
I don't normally open my decks.. I'll need to grab a couple extra of these to use

I'm not a fan of the back design and I don't like bridge sized cards but I love the faces of this deck. They're so different and really cool!

This deck may not be for all Bicycle Card fans, but I know a lot of domino fans who have been asking us for something like this for some time now.
