Hi everyone,

My name is Ben and I am a card and magic addict. I have been into magic since the show-n-tell days but had a falling out once I hit Jr. High. (That's about 20yrs ago)
Last Christmas I came across an article for Fulton's clips, ordered and have since developed a serious collection.

As well as cards I love art! In fact I am an illustrator and designer. I have been considering designing a deck and after researching, realized its imperative that I get involved in the community.

It's great to be here and I am excited to get to know y'all!

Welcome aboard, Boozer.  Looks like you're finding your way around here pretty well.  The only stupid question is the one you don't ask, and we're generally pretty friendly around here - we only bite when it's a full moon...  :))

Yep, most of your big profits come from becoming well known on Facebook and in the community. In my project, almost all my revenue came from big buyers on the boards and from Facebook.

Alex and Don, y'all are awesome, thanks! It's great to be apart of the community. I will have plenty of questions for y'all eventually but for now I am busy reading what's already out there.

Hiya Ben K!!! Sorry for the late welcome party from (one of the few) girly members of Aethercards. :P

Card collecting can be VERY VERY addicting!! Me and my boyfriend are the same. once we started with a few decks.. those few multiplied rapidly over the months. Its so nice to be able to hold 52 art pieces in the palm of our hands and do amazing things with them yeah?

Anyway its really great to have you here with us!

Oh and as for what Don said, don't mistake us for werewolves. hahaha!!! We're actually Llamas like this one

Hmm, I'm not so sure about Lorenzo - he looks like he might bite, or at least that he's hungry...  :))

Noticed the "family-friendly" name change, Ben - good choice!  I started with a nom-de-board for a while, but started using my real name when enough people knew me here and I started promoting my deck consulting work on Facebook.

Thanks Don, read my mind! Now I just have to re-activate FB (ugh). I usually use boozelinks because its an anagram of my first and last name. That's where boozer came from. But yeah, better off family friendly and easily accessible.

Nice! Deck consulting, sounds fancy. I like it! I thought about marketing myself as a creative consultant. I will have to look into it more though, don't know where to start. Any pointers?
