i have recently opened an arrco reprints (black seal) deck. it cannot fan out of the box and the cards are clumply.  ??? do all the black seal arrco handle like mine or mine is just a defective deck?  :-\

The Arrco reprints were a bit on the clumpy side, yes.  It was yet another victim of the transition from Cincinnati to Erlanger.  The White Arrcos handle excellently - that "Premium Finish" advertised on the tuck box is Magic Finish.
