| Dec 2012 | Bicycle Asylum | Altius Management is stalling, claiming that one of the partners of the firm misappropriated the funds and there's an ensuing legal battle. Unfortunately, they're being way too tight-lipped about the details and their backers are balking - some of whom are filing petitions with their Departments of Consumer Affairs in their home state and Altius' stated home of Tennessee. Their current claim is that they can't afford to get the decks, already printed, from USPC and they don't expect to deliver until some time NEXT year. |
| Jan 2013 | Bicycle CORE | Creator Timothy Niou last posted that he received the cards and has begun shipping. Two-and-a-half months later, there's been no word from him and no one has come forth to state they received any decks while plenty state they haven't. |
| Feb 2013 | Bicycle Army Men | Creator Adam Clarkson states he's been slapped with a cease-and-desist letter claiming trademark infringement. The nature of the letter is preventing him from discussing anything else about the deck. That update is a month-and-a-half old. |

| Apr 2013 | Polaris | Solar and Lunar decks are printed, probably en route to David Goldklang now. Eclipse decks will be a few more weeks due to the upgrade to Bicycle stock and USPC's policy of farming out Bee tuck boxes to a third party. Strictly a guess, but I'd say orders without Eclipse will begin to ship before the end of this month, while the ones with Eclipse will take perhaps a month longer before shipping starts. |
