Kind of reminds me of an ape from planet of the apes. Which totally fits in with the theme of the deck....

You probably haven't heard of them because they're a clothing company based in Japan, now owned by a Hong Kong fashion conglomerate called I.T.

Their decks are promotional materials, like the ones for fatboyeatallday, Stussy, Clot Limited Edition, Original Fake and countless others. As the article will tell you, the brand has done many works with other companies and their cultural icons - this Playboy deck would fall into that category.
