I would be willing to buy any damaged/misprinted decks. I want to open a few decks up!

These cards have been on fire on ebay. I missed out on the original funding project on kickstarter so ebay was where I had to turn for my fix. I didn't want to take a chance on missing out on these fantastic cards.

Every single buy it now has closed as soon as it was basically listed.

The last two auctions have been for 2 decks. A Lot of 2 Unbranded (no Bicycle) Federal 52 & Gold Certificate Playing Cards sold for $165.00. The other 2 decks sold for $150.00.

It takes a lot of money to buy a deck printed like money!

The cards were/are a fantastic idea and I think represent a dream coming true which in turn makes everything that much better.

I would take a bow and drink a shot of something nice if I were you Jackson.

Excellent observations guys. Very keen eyes.

I agree with the similarities between the Bees and the Madison's. The design on the card backs is very clean as is the case with its Madison/Chanel styling.

Although I like the look, with such a proliferation of decks these days,  I don't feel very inspired by this deck at this time.

Looking forward to the release of the Federal 52's and Deco.

The cards look fantastic. Really classy with incredible design. I cant wait for their release.

I hope you and Jackson can announce a few details about your upcoming project working with each other soon. This would be a great effort with some tremendous cards coming out of your collaboration.

I meant Black Rounders for 5 bucks. Not a bad deal. Thanks for pointing that out Legacy. I got the DVD and 6 decks of the black rounders to qualify for the deal.

You will easily be able to sell the Mechanic  dvd and cut deeper into the cost of the purchase.

There is a lot to like in the design of this deck. I agree that the backs look nice and the pips look fantastic. Im very interested in different pips for some reason in designer decks so the row of pips in the picture above looks very stylized and refreshing to me. Very unique concept with the overall look of the deck and fairly well executed from top to bottom.

Im still pondering the court cards however I like those jokers.

Does anyone have an estimate for a value of this particular deck?

Thanks for moving the post guys.

If only 400 decks were to get out then that would be rare and amazingly collectable. If all  or most of the 2500 make it to the public then its not quite as special. I already have one scarlet dealer like many of us here on this site. Im amazed how tempted I am to go ahead and get another deck by spending more cash when I don't generally spend any money  at all on E products.

I did not think that more scarlet dealers would show up in the market after just a couple of weeks.

You can also add on Madison Black dealers for 5 bucks a pack if you buy the new dvd. I might try and combine the dvd, a few black dealers and the scarlet deck into 1 package .

Playing Card Plethora / Madison Red Dealers Deal
« on: July 25, 2013, 02:55:45 AM »
E just released a new promotion to get a deck of scarlet dealers. All you have to do is spend $111.00 by July 28th. Or if you already have the Mechanic DVD on preorder you can spend $51 dollars more on E products. It would appear this kind of promotion is just like we/many of us thought was going to happen with the use of these scarlet decks, just not so soon. Clever use of these "rare" decks by both E and Madison.

Also the question must now be asked if these latest scarlet dealer decks are from the 400 or so that E was given originally from Madison's personal stash that they reported had sold out or in the least  were said to be no longer available  with the orders of the bricks of the green dealers? Or instead, are these from decks given to E beyond those first 400 scarlets?

I believe part of that push that you are talking about Don is reflected in the teaser video for the Madison Dealers. It was very well done, fantastic in fact and different from the way E has shot trailers in the past. That trailer really captures a feel, an emotion from the past, something timeless. E products don't often appeal to me in such a manner.

Madison Players in Scarlet Exist

While I'm waiting for my Scarlet Rounder Deck and Mechanic DVD set, this was answered by Madison on Twitter:

I'd really like to have one of these.

Are you going to open up that scarlet rounder deck up when you get it?

Having his own private stash of cards is very smart for futures sales of all of his products as well as his personal branding. It was a brilliant marketing move for the erdnase dealers to be sold like they were.As we all know  Madison and E instantly moved 5,000 green decks by packaging one scarlet deck with each brick sold. By "only" releasing 400 scarlets they sold  5,000 thousand greens. I bought a brick myself in fact and like the cards Madison Dealers.Madison is still sitting on approx. 2100 scarlet dealers.

2500 scarlet rounders, dealers and players so that's 7,500 scarlet decks now that we are aware of. Not too rare all things considered. Madison will have plenty of decks to help spur sales for all of his future projects, keep for personal use, give away to friends or to sit on them and see if they ever become more valuable and sell them on ebay one deck at a time.

I don't believe Madison was eluding to Scarlet Rounders.

Interesting observation.

Thanks. I got it to work as well after I logged into their site.

I'm still wondering what the scoop was on those dealers!

Before the video went live yesterday, earlier in the week, posted on the e website there were some still pictures that were revealed slowly over a few days themed for the secret reveal. One night the pictures showed the backs of what looked like Madison Dealers in a blackish color. The pictures then vanished and are not the ones on the site now. Did anyone else see the pictures that I am talking about?

Anyone get any promo codes to work for their order?
