I haven't heard a word about it yet from Lee, either by his newsletter or by email/phone.  The pricing list you linked to was for last year's canceled sale - the prices may be different this time around.

there was nothing wrong with the site it didn't crash, it wasn't slow.. You just can't access it because it's sold out so he took it down. It was up for 10-15 mins. I got 2 bricks and I'm sure others did too.

is it just me or is it giving a bgv2 deck instead of the v1 deck? I placed my order and it shows v2. I emailed them to ask but I doubt they'll get back to me till tomorrow.

Just had a bad transaction with zagan hall.

-Back in end of February, I bought a v5 and tungstene from zagan, made sure to ask if they were sealed to which he responded yes. Decks weren't shipped for 2 weeks which is fine except for the fact that I never got them. Apparently he had someone else ship em and the guy just stole em.

-He tells me he doesn't have money to refund me for another 2 weeks and I said fine, just refund it 2 weeks from now and it's all good.

-2 weeks pasts, he tells me he doesnt have the money because he spent it on cards (bought cards, customs fees etc.). He tells me that he doesn't get much money every 2 weeks so he can't refund me. At this point I was starting to get annoyed. If you don't get much money coming in, don't buy stuff. Further to that, don't tell me you're going to give me my refund then tell me you can't because you spent the money on other decks of cards. if you spent it on food/bills/rent i'd be more understanding..but I don't like people telling me they cant give me my money back because they spent it on decks of cards.

- So I ask him if he'd be willing to send me his last tungstene and a v6. this is less than what i paid for since it was supposed to be a v5. but in the interest of finishing this transaction i offered to take less. he agrees, but because he has no money, he wants me to give him money for shipping (which is a bit ridiculous cuz i've already previously paid for shipping). He says he'll refund the shipping money later when he gets more money. I say fine whatever let's just get this over with so I give him more money.

-Decks arrive and as it turns out, the tungstene is opened, cards are damaged and it's missing 4 cards excluding jokers and extras. I let him know and he offers to remedy the situation by sending me the missing cards along with a david blaine gaff card of some sort that i dont even want. Either way this is absolutely ridiculous. It's ok if the tungstene is opened, but he charged me a price based on how much it'd be worth if they were sealed. On top of it all, they are damaged and missing cards. What gets me the most is that he never even mentions that they're opened and damaged. I don't think that's how we do business on this forum. Any deck sold on here is expected to be sealed unless stated otherwise and for him to not mention that (when I initially asked him if i was buying sealed decks and he said yes) is a joke. To make it worse, it's an incomplete and damaged deck.

-He also did not refund the shipping cost yet.

-I have all the pm's to back up what I'm saying, and as per a previous pm, he told me something like this happened to another guy that bought cards from him. But he refunded the guy so I guess that worked out. I should have just asked for a refund, but I wanted to give him a chance to make it right, instead he made it worse. Lesson learned.

I've already give him a chance to fix things and it actually just got worse as I had to pay more money and got even less than what was initially promised. It went from a tungstene and v5 to a tungstene and a v6. But what was delivered was even less. I feel I gave him more than enough time to fix the situation as it's taken 2 months for him to get 2 decks to me now so I'm about done with this. I'll just eat it up as a loss and never deal with him again. I would recommend that anyone dealing with him make sure to confirm what he's sending you before you finalize a deal. Cuz I've had 2 deals with him now and both times, decks that he sent me were missing cards.
