Playing Card Plethora / Re: Interview with Jackson Robinson on Club 808
« on: January 15, 2014, 08:47:53 PM »
Just an fyi, if you go to get a club 808 membership it does not anywhere stat that this info must remain member only or even asking that we dont share it. so I say its all fair game.

But to the topic of this thread I find it awesome how Jackson was interviewed. I enjoyed it.

You should red flag quicksilver. They stopped posting updates and shipping a while ago.

no problem, was just little others know it was still available if they were interested in making an offer.

283
Just wanted to give this a bump. It is still currently available.

Wait ellusionist did something? Only knew about T11. It was all the rage this year.

just because there are that many choices does not mean every shuffle will be different. you do have a chance of getting an order hit before. Its like flipping a coin. Every time you flip it in could be heads or tails.

He did with jerry? When i made a rose usingjerry its very hard to bend the card without breaking it.

I remember seeing one somewhere so I believe he did.

I'm pretty sure Lee Asher posted a photo of on on your topic about making the roses, Phantom.

You don't know the secret behind these? Here I thought everyone knew about trans matter displacement...

The value of a tax stamp sealed deck would be greatly affected by the process.  Think endoscopic.

I know the way your talking about, jamie does not do that. I know he has made made one with a jerry nuggets before. and I am not sure why he would not do a vintaged deck. I believe he does custom jobs.

I am friends with him on fb. Just shot him a message( I am assuming your wanting Jamie D. Grant) to see if he would be willing to. I will let you know what he says.

Thanks Johnny B...

no problem. I know we talk everyonce and a while and he always seems willing to help so I would think he would.

I kind of thing these are cool, but what's the appeal that makes them so expensive? Anyone ever use one for a trick?

I never have and have no idea how I would. I think they look beautiful myself.

I think there are ways of telling. Don and Lee Asher might be able to tell you. I would say the decks look way to nice to be real. This is an old deck. They dont look this nice.

294
So I am wanting 1-3 of these. Willing to trade decks. I have black crown, white ghost, fanstatique, a few vortex and a few apocalypse decks I could trade. I know they are on e-bay but I would rather trade, so if your interested you might buy a few and then we could trade. In the US of A trade - no problem, International - depending on your country and the shipping cost will have to see.

Happy new year to me, was not invited to do anything so I just got drunk watching the mentalist instead. Just found out if I want to trade shifts with my co-worker I would have to go now, and I can't because I am drunk.

Not big on Mentalism but I've heard Confessions of a Conjuror by Derren Brown is a good book. Also, you could try out some mind reading/marked decks to perform some Mentalism. The Code by Andy Nyman has got rave reviews. Rich Fergusons Ice breaker deck is pretty good too.

The Icebreaker deck is marked?  That's not the deck with his face on the backs, is it?

its supposed to be marked, I cant find it though.
