The backs look really nice, and the deck box design looks pretty cool too. I might consider getting a couple of these.

That's all right.  I'm hoping to buy a couple of these decks, but I'm a little short on money right now, so I'm hoping the decks I want will still be left over once I have a little more money. I'm just going through, seeing how much it'll cost to get all the decks that I want.

I really do want to get a couple decks of these JAQKs. There's something about the box that makes me want it so bad. The design just looks so snappy and smart. 

That looks like a pretty weird deck; they seem to have replaced pips with other images. That looks like the 10 of... shields? Hm. An interesting idea, although I'm not a big fan of it.

These look really interesting. I'd love to pick up a couple for myself aswell. Anyone know of a website that sells 'em?

The new Fame feature is fast approaching, and for some of you getting sweet stuff will be much easier, while for others (i.e. spammers who join, post until they reach a prize, and leave) it will be much more difficult.

Lushbob, most of them do start out as art projects. There are some that are simply for cash, and those stick out like a sore thumb. Most good decks though were the vision of somebody (art wise).

I meant companies like Ellusionist and Theory11. Obviously, their decks are art pieces (at least most of them are), but they weren't made solely for the purpose of being a display of artwork; they were created to be a deck of cards. If every deck was made solely to be a way to display art, and the idea of actually mass producing them and selling them as a deck was an afterthought, then what would cards be like? Although, of course, companies wouldn't be able to do this; once they designed and sold one deck, they'd create the other decks to sell, rather than to just display art. But it's an interesting concept, I think.

I've got sort of mixed feelings about this deck. The design isn't that bad, but I'm just so tired of skulls and that sort of theme, that I'm put off it a bit. And the price is obviously a big factor. Well, I'll see how things go.
