Hey who knows, someone maybe spent $300 a deck for UsEd decks..

I think it is most likely a schill and the reason I say that Is b/c I tried buying these cards at $100 a deck and he WOULD not budge and wanted $2500 for 10 decks..

So he sales a set for $300 each and then I get a message saying he will give me a great deal at $200 a deck...

He says see the lsiting completed I sold a set for $300 each so you are getn a great deal..

But it dont add up b/c this guy would not give you a penny break !!

Anyways I am done tlking aobut it.. if someone wants to pay that much and they get rippe doff by the guy , that is their busienss...

The cards are nice, but they are still used and at max I would value them at $150-$175 a deck USE din MINT condition..

$300 is insane..  .

The friend of mine is a very elderly man and is nearly 100 years old.  He use to work for the Arrco Playing Card Company in Chicago until USPC bought them out  and closed them down.

The man worked for Arrco for over 40 years, and he was able to collect alot of these decks over that time period..

He has a large collection of Vintage Arrco decks which I was able to purchase some of Today..

I was able to get some Vintage Arrco Tahoe Decks.. Some Vintage Club Reno decks - Pre-cursor to US Rgs... Some Vegas Clubs - which are pre-cursor to the Tahoes.. and some Vtg STUDS - with Rare Back design..

I have talked to collectors all over the world and no one has been able to show me a matching deck..

The closest thing I heard was one of these RARE STUD decks sold at auction on eBay for over $500 5 years ago..

I heard this story from 2 seperate sources..

Dan and Bave, The Buck Twins, I showed them a pic of the cards and they were completely dumb founded and NEVER SEEN them before ever.. They prob. have one of the largest Private Collections in the World..

They Definitely want as many of the decks as I can get though for themselves.. They couldn't believe that I came across such a stash and I still can't believe it either.. I am going to work out a Trade with them and I am selling 6 decks on eBay right now or on my site at: http://dealingdeuces.com. ..

I got them Priced to sell quickly at $199 a deck, which is a steal...

If anyone is wondering on what they feel like, they feel exactly like the VTG Vegas Clubs and VTG Foil Wrapped Tahoes with the Resilient Linen Finish.. These are DEF a true GEM, and once everyone realizes how TRULY FEW the # of decks are out there, they will be going at auction for alot more than Jerrys Nuggets..

If you think Jerrys Nuggets are a RARE deck , these are prob 10,000 times RARE..
For all I know I may have the only ones left in the entire world.. That would be CRAZY..
I am STILL waiting for Someone to show me another Deck like them...  I have tried finding another deck like this for weeks...

The boxes of 3 of the tucks are torn... But this gut is trying to say someone bought a set off of him for $599.99...  LOL..

He did another listing for $499.99 which is $250 a used deck, which is crazy ... No one bought that but then all of a sudden someone paid $600 for 2 used decks or paid $300 a deck..

But now he MAGICALLY wants to give me a deal now and has all these other buyers and wants $2000 or $200 a deck for 10 decks which is just INSANE...

This gy would NOT give you a penny discount if he didn't have too..

But now he acts like he is giving me some great deal for $2000 or $200 a deck and he says look see I sold a set for $600 today..

Chances are he bought the SET himself or had a schill buy it... He is prob telling other ppl the same thing.. Trying to get someone to bite and pay $200 a deck...

If someone is dumb enough to bite and pay that much they DESERVE to get ripped off..

IMHO USED DUNES cards with the ripped Tuckcases on 3 of the decks are worth approx $150-$160 a deck and then the other 3 decks $20 - $30 cheaper... I would drop $1000 or $100 a deck on the cards but he wants double that...

Not going to happen from me... maybe some will pay it, who knows, but $200 a deck for Used cards is not worth it to me.. He is not leaving anything on the bone for anyone else.. Its Crazy..

He is jsut not reasonable and seems to be greedy.. I dont know maybe he PAID too much for the decks..

Used Dunes in Mint condition will sale for $150 at auction ..

That is what they are worth.. To try to sell for $500 a deck is Crazy...

I made a FAIR offer and I am sure you and others have had also..

But to pay more than $150 a deck, is Crazy.. That is all they are worth and to buy QTY and drop $1000 and pay top dollar on each and every deck is just crazy...

I told him to list him one set at a time and go from there.. It's ashame he won't be reasonable b/c I would love to buy them, but I am not stupid.. I am not going to pay top dollar on 10 decks in QTY.

I hear that an end of an era is coming and that STUDS are being discontinued... I am currently looking for Vintage Arrco STUD Playing Cards that were manufactured by arrco in Chicago. The STUDS have an arrco seal on them and are have a COMPLETELY different back design altogether,,

There is alot of talk about Old STUDS and VTG STUDS, that are made by USPC with the white on the top and bottom of the tucks, there are lighter color old studs which are really kind of new... And then finally the darker color studs that are sold today which are now being stopped..

But the RAREST STUD has a completely different back design and was manufactured by arrco in Chicago, before the Factory was closed and everything sold to USPC..

I have been told that this VTG Arrco STUD deck does exist by a collector who owns some and I am in the process of trying to work out a deal..

Is this just a myth?  or is there a different back design altogether from arrco and the decks were discontinued and printed in very limited runs so that is the reason no one has any..

A friend told me of a deck of STUDS selling on eBAY for $350..

I am thinking that this may be of the RAREST STUD with the different back design..

I am in talks trying to buy some of these decks and work out a Trade, but I simply have not seen them yet.. Does anyone have one of these decks or ever see them?

Is this guy just pulling my chain? I dont think he would do that and I think they exist, but these are not the same design of the STUDS we all know.. these are VTG ARRCO STUDS and they feel better than VTG Jerrys Nuggets from what I am told.. They Fan and Faro beautifully and the cards linen finsih has never been close to being emulated even by uspcc..

Does anyone own this deck I seek? Would anyone sale a set? I am sure they are pricey which I am prepared to pay for..   Please LMK
