Great interview, it was the last bit of incentive I needed to join the 52+ joker club
Happy to be a new member.
I was an avid collector/magician and cardistry in some extent from 2009-2012, took a break and came back to this hobby just a few months ago.
I was pretty active on this forum back then, and the only real thing I can remember from back then were the conversations I had with Don Boyer. He was full of interesting info and always eager to help. I just loved him. It's great to see he's still into this community. He just reminds me of so many happy memories
Guess I just want to thank you. And I think it's always pleasant to hear you mean/meant something to someone, that you had a positive impact on someones interests and life.Yes, even though it's 'just' playing cards, it's your hobby and you spent a lot of time on it. So yes, you impacted my life, and I won't forget you, ever. (This almost sounds creepy, sorry for that, but don't worry. I'm from Belgium so I probably won't meet you anytime soon, who knows, maybe one day for a meeting in Turnhout. You won't recognize me, but I'll recognize you)
