well, i kept my gold tarot + box pledge. added some decks too. dropped more on this campaign than like the last 6 playing card campaigns I pledged to. But I think it'll be worth it

I tried to check out a brick at 1:05 PM and it said there were only 2 decks left in the store...so I tried to check out the 2 decks and it said they were all sold out :/

I tried to buy a Zen brick. Got this message as I was filling out payment info:

I'm currently watching the WSOP main event final table live stream, and they are using rfid-embedded cards to instantly know the rank/suit of all cards the players are playing. This is a relatively new technology afaik (1-2 years), was wondering if anyone has information on who produces these cards and the technology behind it? I assume these cards are not purchasable by the general public, but I'd like to at least read up on how the cards get scanned and if the cards feel any differently than normal decks.

^ i was guessing that the unreleased deck would just be a sharps deck but maybe i'm wrong and it's something even better.

IANAM but I think the marking system could be used pretty easily. My vision isn't as good as I'd like it to be but i can pretty accurately identify the value from ~3 feet away and the suit from ~2 feet away. Good enough for up close magic, imo.

is the card stock for the LUXX playing cards different than the egyptian legends? they are both diamond finish but when i riffle the LUXX cards the cards feel a little thinner somehow.

I pledged for it, but I'd really like to be able to add on a deck. An early bird 2-deck tier would be fantastic.
