before you read below just keep in mind that I live in Australia so it might be a little difficult with shipping and such and sorry but I don't have any rare decks to trade with either.

Of that entire list, all but one are cards that have been confirmed as rare in the chart in this topic's first post.
You need KC? Are you sure that's not a typo? That's the only one on your list that ISN'T rare, as far as we know. If you have KD and KH, you could trade easily to get the KC to win a gross of the E deck (non-rare) of your choice. Hope you have a favorite!
Of all the kings, KC and KD are the common cards for the gross, KH is the rare cards for the gross, and KS is the rare card for the royal flush.
I'd give you one, but I have no kings - sorry.
Well dang.. Thanks for pointing it out would be pretty embarrassing to send it back to claim a prize to find that one of them is not the right card. >< Just checked my stack again and yeah turns out I'm missing KH as well.. got a bit too excited I guess =[
