It has an interesting Ace of Spades, that's for sure. It looks like a less traditional deck - Theory11's reputation is for more traditional designs in general, made to appeal to magicians needing something their audiences can relate to. They're also doing well selling their decks in more mainstream settings - Duane Reade/Walgreens are now selling their Archangels and I've seen a variety of their decks in Barnes & Noble stores.
Interesting that they're calling it "National Playing Cards," at least based on the first photo. National Playing Card Company is owned by USPC. They used to print Aladdins, before USPC started doing it under the parent company's name.
