Hey everyone. Just joined and wanted to say hi. i figure this picture would intrigue some of you. i'm curious if any of you have seen a double seal before. Anyway i collect new and old and everything in between. Looking forward to chating.

Hey, welcome to the forum.

We get an occasional posting about fun things like double seals, miscut boxes, etc.  They're novelties - something interesting to look at.  Some people put a higher trade value on them because of their novelty factor, while others just think of them as factory defects and imperfections.  They're interesting to see, I suppose.

A double sealed deck of 70s / 80s Rider Backs, unopened, went for somewhere around $40 in the last few months on eBay. They were a LOT like yours.

wow $40 bucks. i am going to keep my pandas, the only value to me is that these cards are a testament to the jarden years. This mistake is just a shining example of the multitude of problems that the company has faced in these "dark times" lol. i will say however the cards do seem to be improving. the chainless decks, anniversary cards, and even the flying machines are heaps better then what i have come to expect from USPCC. So here is hoping that newell brands brings us better cards, quality, and production.
