Hey guys, I've been looking at this product at the David Blaine website since the first White Lions were released:

http://shop.davidblaine.com/collections/cards/products/white-lions-series-a-playing-cards-deal

I've been quite skeptic about buying these, since the white lions sold out in like 3 hours, but these are still available. Why people aren't buying these? I mean, they seem to be the same white lions, just without the cellophane. Is the absence of the cellophane wrap enough to make people ignore this? I've heard the white lions are some pretty amazing cards, and if you want to be able to use them and have them for your collection, this would be better that nothing. Or am I missing something?

Most signed decks don't have cellophane.
As for the White Lions, I was going to get that until I saw the DB Variety Box, so I got the variety box instead :)

Yeah this is a great deal! I thought about it until I got some from Alex's holiday sale, and then there was the Variety Box. I'd look around at ebay and other places and see what the prices are and if you're not satisfied go with this little bundle!!

  • Pick a card, any card...no, not THAT card!

I bought them in duplicate, and the Bee Split Spades before that in triplicate - it's an AWESOME deal.  I missed out on the White Lions and this was the best way to get them.  Anyone not getting them this way is doing it the hard way.

This set has two decks - one absolutely bog-standard, the other without cellophane but still sticker-sealed and also autographed by Blaine.

White Lions sealed on Ebay seem to go for usually somewhere between $15 and $20 before postage, so this is a really nice deal of $25 for two decks with one signed.
Mystery is the basic appeal of magic. Once the secrets are known, the magician becomes a mere manipulator, an actor in a suspense drama which has little impact because the audience knows the ending in advance.

Yeah, but the original white lions sold out in like 3 hours, whereas these are still available. Why? Isn't anyone buying them or what? This offer has been there since the release of the white lions, which is about 3 months ago.

Why are they there?  Why not?

It DOESN'T MATTER - they ARE there!

If some fool wants to pay nearly the same on Ebay for a single deck, LET THEM, but you don't have to follow their example!

The cards are the real deal, from the source.  You want White Lions, it's the best way to get them, period.

PS: the two-deck gaff card deal includes two SPLIT SPADES LIONS, which have been sold out even longer now.  You want SS Lions, this is an AWESOME deal as well.
