USPC made this deck back in their Canasta set, which still retails fairly cheaply - around $10.
It was also made as part of their Vintage Design series, Limited Edition - it was deck #2 in the series, printed in red and blue.
LA-based magicians Dan and Dave Buck made reprints of this deck in red and blue, while Hong Kong-based magician Zenneth Kok printed it in black and reverse black (white) - the black was a print run of 5,000 while the white was limited even further to only 1,000 decks. I personally like this version - it has a vintage-style Ace of Spades which dates back to around the origin of the deck's design and gaff cards for magicians, not to mention that it's terribly stylish-looking. The Vintage Design decks also have that vintage Ace of Spades.
Finally, there's plenty of vintage New Fan Back decks out there - it was a popular design and is 125 years old. You're less likely to find a vintage deck that's sealed and in new condition, but there's probably quite a few that are in great shape and even still playable.
I just checked Zenneth Kok's site at the Coterie of Prestidigitation Artists - he's still offering the black and white Fan Backs as part of a special promotion. For every $100 spent in a single purchase on other merchandise, you may buy one pair of black and white Fan Backs for $25. It's a pretty good deal - his site has other lovely deck designs as well as some nice magic tricks.
