ya i heard that he had a live online chat and he said he had a new show coming 2012 . He stated that the show will be 100% street magic and full of completely new material.

He is basically going back to his roots after the severe backlash he got from his last endurance stunt "The Dive Of Death" so will be doing a show much like his first. I really look forward to it

When I saw him, he and his team mentioned they were working on a project, but they were very hush-hush about it. I later heard that the project would be a TV special, but I didn't know about the timing of it.

TV special is what I heard. He doesn't really do stage acts or stuff like that, other than his human endurance stunts. I'll have to listen to that tinychat when I get home - no audio at work.

PS: I recognize where he was sitting! In his office, top floor, just outside of the kitchen area!

so does anyone know where he is doing this show? I would really like it if David came to kansas, that way i have a chance of seeing him live, and a very small chance of meeting him.

My guess would be one of the large cities. NY, LA, Boston, etc... Although it'd be cool to see him go somewhere smaller.

I'm pretty certain it's going to be a New York location shoot. Back to his roots, all street magic. He's been through hell with some of the stunts he's performed; I can't honestly blame him for wanting to take a break from them.
