Hi,

My name is Alessandro and I am an Italian card magician, and I love collecting vintage decks and gambling equipment. I am a classical guy, no flourishes or fancy stuff for me, some of you may be like me, some of you don't. My dear friend Digipunk suggested I registered here, and he is right, this decision was perfect!

I will SX! Aaron, it is a very tough decision for me, as a back design the Racer Back#2 and the 727s are my favourites, together with the Oak Leaf Back (not listed in Robinson's though) and Nautic Back are the ones that come to me off the top of my head. But my favourite vintage decks are the ones that Dai Vernon handled (one of which was made for his birthday) and another which Marlo used.

Ah Oak Leaf. Are you talking about the one which no one's really seen of, but only in guides, or the Leaf Back?
In addition to your favourites, I also really like the Lantern back designs.

I mainly do Bicycle-branded. But clearly you've got other ones. What are your ranges for collecting?

Oak Leaf Back yes, the same model as the ones used by Dai Vernon in "Triumph" in Star's of Magic. Which are the really rare ones. I am a simple collector, I collect Bicycle, Tally Ho, Bee, Arrco and Aristocrats. The main vintage decks I have are made up by those. Sx, I can't find your topic, can you please link it?

okay! So if you have any question/concerns or what-not, don't hesitate to send a message/PM any of the admin and/or Mods here, they would be more than glad to help you out! Also you will find that there are TONS of topics here that you might enjoy. So just dive right in. Oh also if you can't seem to find a particular topic, you can always use the super easy "search" functionality of the forums. More often than not you will be able to find what you are looking for, but in the cases that you don't find that certain topic feel free to start it up!! ^_^
