Hmm, crazy shipping...
Anyone ordering a bunch of Mana decks in the US to save on shipping want to trade a couple for some Skulkor decks?

I'm getting some but I'll be honest that is not a very good trade. A Skulkor for a Mana deck? I wouldn't even think about it

I wasn't really expecting a 1 to 1 trade since it's about $14 for Mana vs $9 for Skulkor.  just throwing it out there as an option.

You're leaving out the shipping costs - both are high, but Mana is higher.

In addition, the Skulkor deck is nowhere near as popular.

The1eyedjack thinks he'll be carrying Mana decks for $20 each, now that they're sold out.

Nope that was including shipping, based on the posts in the other thread.  Shipping is a little better with Skulkor now.  I agree the buzz was higher for Mana and resale will more than likely be higher. But the point of this was just for the collector who only wants a couple of decks not a reseller looking to profit.

Mana Deck Price with shipping
4  @ 9.95 + 28 =  $67.80 / 4  = $16.95
8  @ 8.95 + 44 = $115.60 / 8  = $14.45
12 @ 8.95 + 66 = $173.40 / 12 = $14.45
24 @ 8.95 + 61 = $275.80 / 24 = $11.49

Skulkor Deck Price with shipping
6  @ 7.00 + 11 =  $53 / 6  = $8.83
12 @ 7.00 + 15 =  $99 / 12 = $8.25
24 @ 7.00 + 15 = $183 / 24 = $7.63

Doesn't matter now anyway....

Well actually that would seem to be a better reason to trade  ;)
But , no, it's because, since no one seemed interested, I went ahead and bought them.

Yes, They arrived all nice and tidy, and the Blue looked great even without the cellophane. I think they could have been run over and dropped in the ocean and been fine with that packing job :) I did post over in the thread at UC when they arrived.

This is both true and not true at the same time.  It's true that manaplayingcards.com is out of them, but it's also true that the1eyedjack.com will be carrying them soon, and he's indicated they may go for $20 a pack.  The odds of getting them at the MSRP of $10.99 are slim to none, but they're out there and will be on sale.
