If you pay with a check or money order, we will ship whatever method you prefer. USPS Priority INt'L, First Class Mail Int'L even.. We will provide you with Proof of shipment, a tracking # or receipt verifying the order has shipped.
Express Mail is Extremely Quick, flies through CUSTOMS, and has Delivery Confirmation and Live Tracking.. You get what you pay for... If you do not want to ship Express, Pay with a Check or Money Order..
Bottomline, is we want to keep S&H methods as cheap as possible for our customers. With that being said we must adhere to paypal's policies since they are our primary payment processor.
If you do not want to use Express, then simply pay with a check or $$ Order and we will ship any USPS method you wish and provide you with proof of shipment.
