I never bought from them so I don't know.
I bought some of their decks through reseller in Japan.

It was close between E and D&D, but overall I had to go with E. I choose them because they offer more deck than D&D, and I do not own and DD effects. I have worked with E longer and their customer service is a little better than DD.

Yes, E deck is more beautiful and unlimited, so that everyone could get it.
But I've never saw any DVDs better than the trilogy.
By the way, D&D customer service is nice.

The experience that I had with D&D's customer service wasn't a bad one, just E was more accommodating. Also, I like the flyers and promo codes that E includes in their shipments.

Actually, i think theory11 have more fully custom decks then ellusionist.
Theory11:Guardians, Propaganda, Centurion, Sentinel, D1IE and stingers
Ellusionist: 1800s, Arcane, Artifice.
Ghost, Masters series and Tiger, in my opinion is just like the titanium edition decks as not much changes are made, they just took the bicycle back design and add colors and effects to it but they made a custom ace, so in my opinion, i would call these semi-custom deck. Overall, theory11 have more custom decks then ellusionist and everyone is saying theory11 sucks as they print decks that are just slightly modified but in fact, they have more fully custom decks compared to ellusionist.

the thing is I have a gurdians deck, the box sucks and the cards are decent, i have ghost, colors are interesting but the feel of the cards is a lot better. those are the decks i have from them so thats why i say E is better then T11

Stinger is just a little change rather than a new custom deck.
And E decks are more beautiful to me.

If that is the case, Theory11 still have more decks compared to E, I Liked some of Es deck and some of theory11 decks

There is clearly a lot more elegance and little details in an E deck than a T11 deck. Don't get me wrong, I am not against buying T11 deck...I just like the Arcane and Artifice more at this moment in time

In my opinion I like both e and theory11 almost equally as much. I like ellusionist because they ship the same day and good handling decks, especially the arcane cards.

I like theory 11 because the sentinel, and guardian decks are raw. If they made the Sentinel's back American dollar green instead of black then that would truly be the coolest deck ever. I hate their super slow shipping though.
