Did you get an email saying you'd been declined?

No. I don't think they will bother sending mails to us.
Many people might asked them and they have a lot to sign, so they are too busy.
Don't forget their hands are valuable.

You're not serious, are you?  They have EMPLOYEES for that!  I doubt they're using one of those awful autograph machines, but I also doubt they're answering all their emails by themselves rather than dictating them to an assistant - or to a computer equipped with Dragon Naturally Speaking, or an iPhone 4S with Siri.  It's like saying the CEO of Sears writes his own replies in his own hand to every email and letter sent to him by his customers - it doesn't happen, not these days.  If we were talking about a smaller outfit like MultiMiller or Aether or CCCC, sure, the boss answers his own, but not for a bigger company with an international reputation built on the hand-based talents of the two company figureheads.  It ain't Sears, sure, but the CEO of Sears isn't making his money on a reputation for some hand-based skill...

I think that "they" is being used in the sense of the company as a being. I mean corporations are a legal entity. I'm pretty sure we all know that they have employees that email out responses for them. I mean, I use "they" in terms of companies all the time and I'm not referring to a certain person.

When you referenced them signing stuff, I thought you were referring to the Bucks personally.  It's cool!

I never got any form of reply from them, and I don't plan on ordering any decks straight from their website any time soon. I guess I'll miss out on this offer...  :(

Even if this feature gets removed, I'm sure if you ever buy anything off them and just ask for it during Checkout they'll send one with your order :)
Mystery is the basic appeal of magic. Once the secrets are known, the magician becomes a mere manipulator, an actor in a suspense drama which has little impact because the audience knows the ending in advance.
