Yes, I sent D&D an email saying that my brick came in and a couple decks were damaged. They told me to send them back to them and they will send me new ones...they wanted me to send back their damaged product ( by no doing of my own ) on my dime. I told them that wasn't right and to maybe send me a shipping label and they said they would just give me store credit for what I spend on shipping. I think most people have forgotten what customer service means....oh well

*edit* Make sure you modify rather than double post Ev....as seen here

Lol. Its $25 for hand lotion. Thats a waste of money in my opinion. Its not something you really NEED. You can buy a few decks for that much

The lotion just will make you hands softer and smoother. I see how it would help but its not worth it in my opinion

If you ask them nicely they send you a D&D signed S&M joker signed by both of them for free ;)
Mystery is the basic appeal of magic. Once the secrets are known, the magician becomes a mere manipulator, an actor in a suspense drama which has little impact because the audience knows the ending in advance.

i find they way overcharge for shipping in my opinion and recently all their product prices have just skyrocketted... it's become too money orientated and less customer based

On the off note what are your favourite cardistry flourishes by D&D

On actually watching my Esssential Magic Conference 2011 DVD Dan & Dave actually seemed quite rude to a lot of the other magicians

Cocky to people who would ask them questions (Seems like they were basically thinking how dare you ask me these questions) and really rude to some quite big names in magic who were talking about how not every card trick needs difficult flourishes.
