Hey Darryl, I personally believe you're girlfriend did a fantastique job! The print looks like something that would come out of a professional photography studio. I hope you win! However, it was unfortunate enough that I couldn't enter this contest. My displays would even come close to the caliber you've shown off. By the way, how long did it take you to make that display, and what is it called?

Thank you guys for the kind words!! The name of the photo is "magic in the hands". This isn't exactly a true cardistry display so it doesn't have a name. Let me explain.

The contest was a "fine art" contest as they put it so I wanted to make the display as beautiful as I could and push the boundaries as far as what is currently understood to be possible as much as I could. I believe that although i'm not exactly doing something truly groundbreaking it still might inspire someone to really push the boundaries and see what is really possible with a deck of cards. So if anybody is curious, everything except the aces was done truly in the hands and then Sarah placed the aces and then quickly would run and take the picture! Other than doing it that wayI don't see how that display could be made haha that is why this is meant to be more of an inspiration than a show of skill.
