Does anyone know of a deck of cards that the back is neon green. I wanted to get my sister a deck of playing cards that would be special for her, and that is the color she likes. I saw the pastel decks and the green there seemed dark, not neon. I know of the irregular deck but it looks like a misprint and i just want the color nothing else. I know of the green deck if worse comes to worse.
Do you guys even read this? Like I could have the meaning of life here and I doubt you would know it.

USPC probably hasn't done much in neon green.  But there are other greens out there.

There's a Bicycle Rider Back pastel green deck.
There's the Bicycle Rider Back Eco Edition, also green.
The second Bicycle Heritage Series set has a green-backed deck.
While you can't tell the color from the box, the Bicycle Tactical Field deck comes in green and black backs, with a deeper red to allow them to be played under red lights.
Vincenzo DiFatta commissioned a green-backed deck, and Magic Makers commissioned one in green and one in inverse green, both with green faces.  They aren't neon, but they may be as close as you'll get.
Ellusionist has the Artifice deck in green, though it's more of an emerald green on black.
One of the five colors of the HOPC NOC deck is green, as is one of the three Crown Decks from the Blue Crown, in both versions.
The Bicycle Twilight and Rejuvenate decks have some green to them, though with another color (blue for Twilight, gold for Rejuvenate).
The Bicycle Tsunami deck (with the elephant on the front of the box) came in two versions, but the green on them is more like a swamp green.
One of the three Tally Ho circle back decks commissioned by magician Tomohiro Maeda is green.
Both versions of the Bee "Expert at the Card Table" decks were done in green.
The Conjuring Arts Research Center created one of the Erdnase 1902 Acorn Back decks in green.
There are probably some casino decks made with green backs, but finding ones that aren't canceled isn't always easy.
The recent Arrco US Regulation deck reprints were done in green plus three other colors.
Dan and Dave Buck made Smoke & Mirrors version 4 in green.
Offason of Sweden created a few Anglo decks in green, usually with a second color.
Lee Asher's Fournier 605 deck come in two colors, one of which is green.
...and on the rarer end of the spectrum, I think at least one of the Golden Nugget casino decks were made in green.

There is also the bicycle irregular deck ? http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-deck-Bicycle-irregular-Playing-Cards-designed-Hiroshi-Fujiwara-/180741795400#ht_500wt_1180

If you'd look a bit closer, you'd notice that John B. mentioned it himself in the first post, and decided he wanted something closer to being playable/standard.

Magic Makers commissioned TWO decks.  One is humbly called "The Green Deck"  It'll say "Green Deck" on the side and the entire front of the box is printed in green.  It was part of a series that included Black, Red, Blue, Yellow, and Purple.  The face is all-green background, and the back is white with the Rider Back printed in green.

The second deck will be easier to find and less expensive, as it was more recently released.  The Color series MM did was followed up by an "Inverse Color" series, reproducing all but the Purple Deck.  The deck itself has the same green-background faces and the same gaff cards as The Green Deck, but the Inverse Green deck is a green background with the Rider Back design in white.  The same holds true for the other four colors of the series: same deck, inverted colors on the backs.

I think there was also a Fashion series, of which one of the colors was green, but that might have already been covered on my list; I have so many decks there, I'm not sure!

My favorite of the greens is the Tomohiro Maeda Tally Ho deck.  It's real name is Tally Ho Platinum Series, because of the silver border surrounding the green circle back design.  It's a nice shade of green and if you get the deck as the boxed set it was originally released in, it comes with some nice Tally Ho and pip stickers as well as a set of magic trick instructions (which are unfortunately printed in Japanese).  Look hard enough and you can find one in the $15 range, especially if you go through someone in Japan.  They're rare in the States, merely uncommon in Japan.  Try Phantom 1412 - she posted about making a bulk purchase not long ago and she's great to trade with.

This is from one retailer, Brooke Michael's Poker World.  Use the coupon code BICYCLE for 10% off your purchase.

The original "The Green Deck" from Magic Makers:

The "Inverse Green Deck" from Magic Makers:
http://www.bmpokerworld.com/bicycle59.php

Here's a "Standard" deck in green - the design is identical to any blue or red Rider Backs, just with a Green Rider Back:
http://www.bmpokerworld.com/bicycle-green-rider-back-in-new-box-design.php
There was a version of this deck previously done in the "classic" box style, but it's tougher to find since it's an older model.

Now, here's the "Fashion Green" deck, both in the Classic box design, one for domestic sale, the other intended for sale in Canada (hence the French and English text).

I have a feeling that the Fashion Green might be the closest to a fluorescent green you're likely to find at a reasonable price.  But the Inverse Green is a good choice as well.  Isn't it nice to have choices?  :))

thanks I will be checking this out since my sister I am getting these for recently decided to do some card magic, and wants to always be using a green deck. I actually just striked up a deal for an inverse and I will see how it goes.

In that case, I would also recommend the Artifice v2 deck in Emerald Green.  I think she's like it and the face designs are really cool.
