You need to strike a delicate balance when it comes to deck bundling. Small bundles, say a half-dozen rare/moderately rare decks, do have appeal, even to people who already have a couple of them - the extra decks can simply be held for a future sale when prices are even higher, or be used as trade fodder to get other decks they desire.
But when you see the MASSIVE bundles, they really have appeal only to someone wanting to kick-start their collecting hobby. Most existing collectors will have too large a percentage of those to make it worthwhile.
Themed bundles are a good idea. For example, if you had both colors of the Japanese Friar's Club deck, you can bundle them. Another fine bundle would be the three first-edition Crown Decks (perhaps with a Black Crown for good measure), or the three gold-bordered Tally Ho decks commissioned by Tomohiro Maeda. Someone who had none of those decks but desired them would get the whole set in one shot - very appealing.
Bundling does have a drawback, however. Most people expect to get all the decks in the bundle for less than they would be worth if they were sold separately, like a bulk discount. You may sell more decks faster, but you also might not raise as much cash as you would prefer.
