I think having a silver one sort of kills the copper one...
I don't think theory11 will be selling these because it just doesn't seem like them and I think these are a USPCC release.

Not sure what you mean by it doesn't seem like them. Remember they are the ones who just changed the boxes on Guardians V2 and Bicycle Titanium V2. I do think people will want to have all 3 Steampunk decks in their collection.

Thanks!

These don't look very nice IMO. I think they are too shiny and bright for me. Are the courts look exactly the same as the standard Steampunk courts or are they silver instead?

How can you tell if the cards are shiny and bright?  Only the box photo is in color - the others are black-and-white.  He says so in the text above the photos.

My guess would be that the USPC Copper Steam Punk deck was poorly received because of how much of the T11 original design (which was a little lacking in the first place) was stripped away, largely having to do with the coloration of the red suits and court cards.  Hopefully, USPC is taking this opportunity to make a Steam Punk deck that's closer if not identical to the T11 original, much like they did with the better-received USPC Guardians.

I think USPCC was too lazy to make a mock up lol I think the photo is not the actual deck of silver edition..  Here is the picture of Bronze Steampunk deck from thery11 website lol I am pretty sure they done some photoshop works ..shadow,angle,bright part is Exactly Identical as the silver edition

If you look carefully at the two boxes, there's a curve that appears, looks like a crease, just above the word "Steam" - and it's IDENTICAL in both photos!

BTW: there's something up with your copper photo - the image is shifted near the bottom of the work "Punk", making for one funky-looking box...  It's it possible that this copper image was actually made from the silver image?  If it is the other way around, I'd say they're still printing them - USPC often announces releases many months in advance, unlike some card companies I can think of who beat around the bush and just spit out teasers (if that) rather than just being up front and open about it...

Chances are that theory11 will be selling this one to me. It'll be a nice addition to their Copper version. Plus, I'll be looking forward to getting two or three if theory11 releases them to go along with my copper ones. Next thing you know, they'll make a gold version with a holographic coloration of the USPCC "Bronze" Steampunk deck.

They won't be carrying it.  BMPW already posted that this would be a USPC release, not a T11 release, and T11 has yet to carry any of USPC versions of their decks.

Gold?  Holographs?  I don't think so.  USPC isn't THAT innovative - yet.  If it was Yaoji from China, I'd say "perhaps".  I have a deck from them with holographic images in the cellophane...

I think holo images is a little to much. They still have to stay playing cards with which you can play with. Are they pretty? Cause I don't think i'd like them, even if it's only for collecting...

You caught the part about how it's the CELLOPHANE that's got holograms in it?  The wrapper, not the cards?

The cards themselves are actually of excellent quality.  I got them from Lee Asher and he spoke very highly of them.  I'd say they'd compare well to whatever Erlanger has to sell.

Somehow someone already has the Archangels deck AND the unreleased Silver Steampunk deck and is selling it on ebay.
Anyone know how in the world they got the deck already? The Silver Steampunk deck isn't being released till December!
Could it be a USPCC worker?

Well I do know that when I bought my Archangels on the USPC site early in the morning when they were first released they actually had the Silver Steampunks on there also. But when I clicked the link I got a 404 and then the image completely disappeared. I doubt that is how this seller got them though. But I thought it was interesting that it was on their site briefly even though it isn't coming out til December.

Actually, similar issues have happened with other sites - a similar incident happened at HOPC a short while ago.  It's possible that the site was under test but accidentally went live, the buyer did place a legitimate order before the Silver ST decks were pulled, they honored it and sent him the cards.  I mean, look at how much chatter has arisen as a result of it.  Free publicity!

Whether accidently or purposefully....DandD also did this with the Tungstene deck. Someone Correct me if I'm wrong but the 1st Tungstene sale showed up on the DandD site at around 3-4AM Eastern here in the US. I also believe they had a supposed malfunction with the site on the 2nd Tungstene sale and the cards were available for purchase 2 or 3 hours early. It wouldn't be that uncommon for other sides to do the same.

I looked at the photos for the standalone auction, and it's actually very interesting.

The "silver" deck is actually a silvery color, possibly gray or possibly metallic silver, I can't see which.  But if you look at the red cards, they have the colors of the standard USPC faces and not the custom colors of the T11 model.

In short, it's the same deck as the first USPC model with the better T11 box and silver replaces copper and bronze.

Bah.  USPC is tearing a page out of the T11 playbook and releasing a slight variation in a better box as a new edition.  Granted, there's the silver recolorization, but that still could be simply shades of gray on the card backs and not metallic ink at all.  Same bright reds, same USPC color scheme on the fronts.

In my opinion it would be a bit too much. 3 versions of a deck that I find mediocre at best... Not my cup of tea.

I'm agree with Nathan on this one... but I do think that Gold would look pretty awesome!
