The pic in the last link can hardly be seen.
Could you tell us what is written at the bottom of the box, as well as the deck's name.

Have you tried inquiring with dealers about the Lo-Vision deck you want?  They might just have it.

Note that there's a difference in Lo-Vis decks from different time periods.  Originally, they were just two-color decks, in red and black.  Eventually, they were "upgraded" - the corner indices remained the same, but the larger Lo-Vis indices had a set of four colors, one for each suit.  If I remember correctly, spades were done in blue and diamonds in green.  I'm not certain as to precisely when the change occurred, but modern decks are all four-color.
