Care to remind me what happened? Or open a new topic? Or link me to the existing topic which talks about it? Or personal message me?

Please tell me you know how to go to the beginning of a thread - 'cause that's where you'll find what you're asking about.

How does anything on the first page of this tread talk about Jay Sankey's Big *ss Box? Yes, I've been to the first page (I was actually one of the first comments), and I have also kept up with all the new posts. I haven't found anything involving Jay Sankey on the first page. Have you mistaken something Don?

Sorry about that, KPop.  You didn't specify in your comment what you were referring to.  I figured it was about the topic at hand.  Try asking in PM and see if that helps.

Funny
I haven't had much dealing with Ellusionists customer support.
But the one incident that I did (with my last order) I had a great experience.
I called Jennifer and she was quick to help me. She asked that I send her pictures of the issue and she was much more prompt than I was at getting back to me(within a couple of hours vs. me getting back the next day)
With a few emails, a few pictures, and a few snips to a beautiful deck (the only part of the experience that was not agreeable to me) I had a replacement deck sent out within a day.

I've heard of a few people having some real fun destroying their defective-but-rare decks!  Water, fire, etc.  You had to destroy the entire deck?  Saving a few for tricks would have been pretty nice.

No just had to destroy the box and the 9 of diamonds. So now I have an LTD with the ad card as a 9 of diamonds.

That's awesome!  You can use the deck for "destroyed card" and "signature on card" tricks!

Just got off the phone with Jennifer at Ellusionist.  She was very helpful and apologized for the delay.  Apparently she doesnt get or do voicemails for some reason, so it was a good thing I called back.  She went ahead and shipped out a relplacement deck for my blue artifice v2 free of charge.  She said sometimes these things happen with the uspc.  Not everything/everyone can be perfect all the time.  So im pretty happy about that.

I love a happy ending, don't you?  :))  Somehow I knew Jennifer would come through.

Oh yeah.  Nothing better than a happy ending.  And in this case, nothing better than getting a new deck replaced (as well as keeping the funky one!).

I could do that....

If I knew how to do those tricks.

Or any card trick for that matter.

Well, I guess you have a pack of replacement cards.  :))  Bend any cards but that nine and you have a substitute!
