A normal one would have the cello taken off, I have 2 of the signed no cello
Some designers instead leave the deck sealed in cellophane and sign the cellophane. My autographed Brimstone deck arrived that way.
My Galvanic deck came like that, and I was really sad when I stupidly rubbed my finger across the signature (I feel up my cards like a pervert
) and some of it came off.
If only Sharpies were truly permanent.
By the way, a little bit of helpful insight to anyone who signs decks: Best Buy surprisingly has the most glorious assortment of Sharpies. I had tried every office supplies store in existence through the years but at most there would be a handful of different kinds.
Best Buy has... HUNDREDS.
