Here's the thing, I really want you to succeed. While I am no longer adding new decks to my collection, yours is a project that is definitely worth pledging for. I really love the cards, and holy crap that tuck box is gorgeous.

Best of luck bud.

These look really nice but it would be nice if we could see the other cards in the deck. All you showed was the back, the box, and the AoS.

So it does not look like this deck will hit its goal, so I canceled my pledge.

There's no need to cancel your pledge because, if the project doesn't make it, it won't take your money anyway. You never know, maybe a sudden wholesaler (or a few actually) may fund the project at the last minute.

yea, but doing this allowed me to pledge that money for a different deck ending around the same time.

You're not the only one, I believe.

This deck's biggest problem has nothing to do with the design and everything to do with the complete lack of promotion.  We haven't heard boo from Ken-Kayne in about six weeks.  Was he pushing the deck on UC?  I'm inclined to doubt it based on his numbers.

There's no need to cancel your pledge because, if the project doesn't make it, it won't take your money anyway. You never know, maybe a sudden wholesaler (or a few actually) may fund the project at the last minute.

That is indeed true, but if he's lost faith in the project, he may no longer even want a deck.  Plus, wholesalers are not so easier to squeeze into a Kickstarter project anymore since the new limits were put into effect.  I don't know about the wholesalers you've dealt with, but the ones I've seen don't deal in quantities of a dozen or less!

Is it possible they're willing to fund the deck off of Kickstarter?  Sure.  But not one dollar of that funding goes towards reaching the goal, and no goal, no KS funds.

Yea I kinda lost interest. I feel I have better things to spend my money on. I have become very stingy on what I want to get.

Hello everyone...
As you all know the Compass deck failed and I haven't been on in a long time.
I'm really am sorry about that. I was going to make a big excuse how I have been
working on a top secret project and and I was planning to have a big surprise
unveil or some thing like that...
But the truth is I had no computer and i couldn't afford internet for the
first two months after the end of the campaign.
And after I got my internet back school marched in and stole all my time and energy.
I'm on a break now but, on top of all that, I was just... sad
Sad we were failing, sad about all the things people said, and sad no one liked the face cards (I get that part now though).

And yet, all of this as been a big leaning time for me...
Not to give up, not to be ashamed, and most of all to stand firm and never give up.

And so Compass, be laid to rest in peace, never ashamed.
 :(
Now if the past is indeed in the past, it is time to move on.
And I have been working on a couple of projects including
two NEW decks and some magic effects so that's good.
Anyways I'm sorry,
I'm back, so hello again.   :D
TaTa for now!
