It's from a gaming company (as in RPGs) and it says "made by Bicycle" but beyond that and a few faces with swords-and-sorcery images on them, there's not much out there on this deck yet.

Anyone?  Anyone?  Bueller?  Bueller?

I keep getting ready to pledge to this but the timeline is pretty insane and it seems to be that they have a good deal out for design still. I also notice that it just says made by Bicycle but doesn't have the mandatory bits USPC requires on the KickStarter. I think I will email him first just to make sure he knows he needs to put that one there.
