Second, what do you guys think?  Personally, I'm finding the whole zombie/dead/cult/etc. theme to be getting kind of worn out.

I don't think there's anything wrong with the artwork looks to be a good standard, but there's nothing screaming to me, "Must Have" about this deck.
The Ace did make me smile though.

Don, do you think we should maybe have a Kickstarter Sub forum in Playing Card Plethora to keep all these new projects in place?

Using the tag [KS] in a title should be enough to find them quickly.  There's not usually a lot of projects up and running all at once as there has been recently, but that wave is over.


It's not a bad idea, though.  Should it become dominating in the PCP, it'll be an idea worth further consideration.

We've recently changed the deck backs - the arms went away and we added alternate colors:

And as I've said elsewhere, it's totally OK to not like this deck if you don't like zombies. O and I really like zombies, and we really like playing cards. It's been a long-term goal of mine to make my own deck of cards, and it's been such an amazing experience, we're definitely going to be making a couple more designs later.

Believe it or not, I'm fond of zombie-themed decks.  It's just that there's been so many of them lately.

For those who haven't looked, here's that redesigned back he's talking about, in both colors - note that they're similar but subtly different from each other.  This is something I like - it's unique in playing cards; I've never seen it done before.
