I hope that order you're talking about isn't being placed in January.  Read this little bit o' fine print from the contest FAQ:

Q. So, how long have I got?
 A The promotion runs from the 23rd of November, 2012 until the 31st of December, 2012, 12pm EST (providing the Mayans weren't right, obviously.)

So you have until noon on New Year's Eve to get your pieces...less if the Mayans were right.

If that's the case, it'll be cutting things really close. My order was placed on the 12th and it's still processing, then considering about 14 days (give or take a few) for shipping

I couldn't find a posted deadline, but they did announce that unclaimed prizes would be given away in a second-chance contest.

According to Jake or one of the fb guys who monitor the facebook page, you have up to the end of February to claim your prizes. Anything purchased before 31st december is eligible.
