They're actually custom orders.  If someone in Asia orders them and wants them to go there, that's where they go.  These aren't USPC standard issue and aren't in their catalog, so someone somewhere decided they really like pink and Tally Ho Circle Backs decks, and thought they'd go great together.

Creator told me that he already sold 6 or 8 dozens to dealers, and I don't find him - hi founds me. So, this is not totally private order. But yes, he is from Asia. Cards come to me from USPCC directly
