Does anybody know of any good Mechanics/Card Sharp/k books? Obviously the expert at the card table and phantoms at the card table are musts, do you know any others?

card college might have what you are looking for. I know there is a ton of shit in there.

You should try and get your hands on the annotated versions of Erdnase.  The one by Darwin Ortiz (man with the finest hands on the planet imho) as well as Revelations by Dai Vernon are quite good.

If you're sticking to strictly learning card cheating methods as opposed to magic tricks employing those sleights, you may want to check out Steve Forte's Gambling Protection Series.  It doesn't actually teach you the sleights, per se, but the series is designed to teach casino owners and gamblers to spot the cheats and gives excellent demonstrations with details about how the cheat is committed.  It's not cheap, but if you're looking for an advanced course, it's worth it.  HOPC sells it on their Books/DVDs page.
