I'm overdue to make a trip to Tannen's in the city.  They carry the red Toto's Bar - but it seems odd to send a deck made in America, imported to Toto's Bar in Tokyo and re-imported to Tannen's in New York all the way back to Japan again!  It will have traveled practically one-and-a-half times around the world! 

I can see about the others as well.  Baroque and Robert Graham might be difficult, and I'm not sure if they still have Shifters in stock or not.  Don't know how scarce the Confidence deck is, either, but it's probably out there somewhere.

Johnny Cupcake v2 can be found - but it was a real disappointment.  New art but same style/format, and all the suits are now the same color.  Has a double-backer of their gold-on-black Rider with a standard red Rider, but the stock is smooth.

The one item I'd truly come up short on would be the Gold Artifact coin.  I could ask, but I don't run into them often.  Maybe on eBay or something.

If you see any of these items and want to simply buy them and consolidate shipping, I'd be willing to assist you with that.
