You call it the "Zelda deck", but the designer called them "Playing Cards of Legend."  He was careful enough to not mention any Nintendo-owned terms, his folk-art-esque images could arguably be considered unique and different enough and the "icons" he used as playing card suits have way too much prior art to be considered copyrightable on their own.

He's done at least two runs of this deck, the second with USPC.  USPC doesn't let anything come off their presses that isn't either public domain or owned/licensed by the person(s) commissioning the job.  USPC's Legal Dept. isn't always quick to the draw, but they're careful, zealous and tend to err on the side of protecting and defending USPC...
