Hey guys,

With UC relaunched, Mike ( ) and I have thrown around the idea of a Bicycle branded UnitedCardists. com deck.

It would be Mike's second release, the first being the Bicycle Premiere back.

What do you guys think?

from what I can tell from his posts here, Mike seems like a bit of a scumbag. Don't think I'd buy a deck from him.

I don't know about Mike himself but I like BMPoker World. I wasn't a huge fan of the Premier deck but it looks like a fine deck. I would be interested in seeing another deck from them!

I'm all for it just as long as the customization is going to be good. Money's tight right now, juggling between many items to purchase, and, I'm not very fond about decks that take less than an hour to produce.

The 1st back design is a one way design, the diamond in the middle of the united cardist line, one part of its shaded if fliped it on the other side.

Sure thing. I like the back with the UC logo rather than the written-out name in the diagonal stripe. It's bold without being overwhelming or stupid-looking.

Just out of silly curiosity, if this wasn't going to be a Bicycle-branded deck, would you buy it anyway?

Kidding, of course. I like the spare design aesthetic. Simple back pattern without being boring, three-color courts... I'm not even a member and I might buy some.

I'm adding this to the NDR as well. Keep us posted on progress and pre-order/order dates!

I'm going to have to agree with the fact that although I'm not a member of UC I might have to pick up the deck. The green is nice on the courts and I like the logo back design as well. I'm not really sure what you would call the blackish pattern on the back (diamond I guess?) but I do like it.

Have you guys considered a black deck? It just fits the UC theme far more. I know you'll probably dismiss my opinion, but I don't see anything wrong with a black deck that looks sexy as hell. Turning it into a black deck, perhaps just for shits and giggles, would take ~5 mins at most.

Also the second back you posted is very nice.

I did think about showing the Back with a Black border to bring up the idea of doing a black deck, but it seems like they're definitely not as popular nowadays. It would definitely go nicely with the Tuck Box as well, which is almost finished.

Black isn't completely out of style - look at the last two Artifice decks, Purple and Black Club. Alex raises an excellent point in that, thematically, black does connect it to the UC board's color scheme better.

Here's a funny thought: make the courts with black instead of white, but frame an area around the faces and make that area white instead of black - like a profile photo! I think that would look not only very cool but incredibly unique.

Wow!!!! Randy has just sent me some final pictures for you guys to take a look at. He has done 2 different tuck boxes, one with a diamond on the front and one with a traditional AOS. In addition, he also made a slight change on the back design, adding something detail between where the UC logos meet each other. You will also get a look at the seal. Feedback is welcome and expected.

I like the tuck box, looks rather elegant .. Not a big fan of green, but I like the green and black combo, do you have an official (or unofficial) release date yet?

I'll vote for the Diamond on the tuck. It seems to go smoother and more elegantly with that kind of pattern on the back.

Wow!! Incredible work! I really like the diamond tuck. Love the colors too. Randy's work always blows me away!

You know, after further study, I think that I like the spade tuck better. To be honest, I'd be happy with either one though.

I am liking this deck, very true to Randy's style. I think I like the spade tuck better but both are pretty sweet, I just think it fills the front of the box nicer.

I like the diamond on the front of the tuck as it balances well with the back in my opinion. The spade is really nice but I prefer it to remain solely on the card. Beautifully done. Looks slick and I look forward to picking up a deck or two!

I like that Spade box far more than the Diamond. But will USPC allow that change to the box design, putting their Bicycle logo left-of-center?

This deck is actually turning out better than I would ever expect. I too prefer the Spade on the box as opposed to the Diamond. Also, I'm really looking forward to that green coloring inside the box.

Hey everyone,

We're going with the Spade on the Tuck Box.
Also, here's a look at the Gaff Queen of Hearts and the 2 Jokers.
The Jokers are computer mice in a style similar to the AOS. One OFF and the other ON.
