Art will always be subjective and this is a piece of art more than a deck of cards.

"....this is a piece of art more than a deck of cards".....well, ain't that a subjective opinion 

And, I love to talk about art and what people think art is. I usually say this; if art is everything then art is nothing. Any person can say "hey, this is art".. Even if it's not. Most people should say "hey, I like this..., not sure if it's art".

And,..successful...doesn't mean it's good. Quality isn't measured by popularity.
But this is another subject,...back on this 3d deck, as said.... looking cool,...all the best

I came across this today while serching new decks.  I wonder is this is real Dale does not seem to be commenting on it on the project.

There's a couple of possibilities.  The first to come to mind would be that Dale's making a Bicycle-branded version of the deck.  The second would be that maybe USPC commissioned a Bicycle version for themselves, since this is likely the most intricate deck box ever made, in addition to being what I believe is the first mechanical one.

I'm sure all will be revealed when Dale Mathis is ready.

I'm in for a deck at the moment but really considering getting the fancy frame - it looks amazing the international shipping will kill me though XD.

Btw, I'm Jon, new to posting on the forum but I have been around for a few weeks reading many posts as "Guest" - Don I've been over to the introduce yourself part of the forum and posted a topic there .

Yeah, even a huge bottle isn't likely, unless you're looking at one so large you could just slip the whole deck into it, easy peasy.  Paper possesses certain qualities that metal simply doesn't have...

I was half joking but I guess if they were really going to try it they'd have to fabricate the bottle around the massive metal frame?
I actually don't know how they make the AIP bottles but I always assumed the bottle was assembled around the deck inside

Nope.  The bottles are obtained locally from dairy farms and are in no way altered, cut, built around the deck, etc.  Jamie Grant does that voodoo that he can do so well and you have a deck in a bottle, sealed and cellophane-wrapped.  If you do a quick search, there's a topic all about it - including comments from Jamie (he's a member here).
