I personally put Jackson, Randy Butterfield, and Paul Carpenter into their own league, albeit with different design styles. I would buy bricks of decks for future projects, sight unseen, from any of them. Don't get me wrong, there are other amazing decks out there from talented designers, but these three consistently go above and beyond, and I'm happy to reward their efforts with my money. I will be first in line for the Army deck, and any other decks that are coming down the line from these talented guys.
Jackson set the bar for himself VERY high with Fed52. All we ask is that he release decks just as popular, about once every two weeks. No pressure Jackson, right? ;-)
Sorry to jump off topic a bit there.
