Very nice artwork, upon being dared to click by Don, I noticed the fox was actually a mask. Is it meant to have that weathered look on the edges or is there a white border?

It has my attention, thanks Don

If I wore a hat, i would sure tip it off to Uusi.
Such a clinical piece of art work from  Peter and Linnea once again. Breathtaking is an understatement.

EDIT: ronyo faux, you must be loving this :p

I have to be honest. Uusi's designs are so tasty. They are one of the few designers that every time I see their new stuff I think to my self, "Dang self! I wish I would have done that!"

Great work guys can't wait to back and promote this deck.

Love their decks.  They are always been new and inventive.  By looking at the art on this card, It has to much negative space on the top right and some of the art is invading the suit by the indexes.

If you think about it the only reason for the large suit is to distinguish the suit as a distance;  So, it can be anywhere.  I'm starting to think top left top right should be the new standard...

Love their decks.  They are always been new and inventive.  By looking at the art on this card, It has to much negative space on the top right and some of the art is invading the suit by the indexes.  I noticed on you new deck Jackson you have a small suit in the top right side.  Jackson I'm going to give you a million dollar idea, make the small suit bigger and make it a big old corner suit badge and drop the suit on the top left.  In that way, you leave leave more more for the art on the left.  That should be the new standard.  Opps!  did i qualify for the "more crazy stuff from Sprouts1115 that should be in his own topic and not someone else's" link?  I think I'm going to do this in my second deck....

...Invading the suit? It's just a few branches. It doesn't obstruct the visibility of the suit whatsoever. Plus, I think it adds to the court. It makes the index seem incorporated to the design, rather than just stuck right there. The negative space is there to let the design "breathe", help draw the eye towards the actual court, and avoid making the card cluttered. Not to mention it has no more negative space than any other of their decks.

And that reverse index idea was already done with HOPC's Bicycle lefty deck, and De'Vo's coming Exquisite deck. It's kind of a gimmicky thing, and since Jackson's making a standard deck for a brand, it would only detract from the deck. (Also, this is a thread for an Uusi deck. Not a Jackson Robinson deck.)

Ha, that gif is awsome! I don't even know who it is but it cracks me up! and Thanks!!

Peter
I think it's Ron Paul.

Can't wait to see more of the deck!

Hey Everybody,

We thought we'd share some more sneak peak images with you of our upcoming 4th deck release "Pagan". The backs are completely hand painted by Linnea as is all the rest of the imagery. And yes, boderless backs... we have really been wanting to do them on one of our decks and feel they really work well on this deck in particular - hope they're well received! Also, we will be doing a pre-launch giveaway on Uusi's Facebook page next week, before the deck goes live on KS. Hope to see you there!
