I noticed that the Stranger Ultimate deck is showing as out of stock on the D&D site. Did it's "Available for a limited time only" period finally run out, or is it just simply out of stock at the moment? Just curious.

The Ultimate deck was made for the company Stranger & Stranger as their holiday gift deck to clients.  They hired D&D to design it, and permitted D&D to sell a limited number of them on their site.  That's it, they're done.  I'm thinking that S&S owns the rights to the deck and I don't believe they'll be reprinting it.  If you want it and it's listed as sold out, start checking eBay.

Still available for the same price on artofplay.com
Site is run by D&D so it makes sense.  Probably cheaper to source from here before ebay.

I would definitely get from artofplay before ebay. I was just looking at the prices on ebay and nothing compares to the price tag of $25 at artofplay

eBay pricing is wild for the deck. I remember that we all talked about the limited time only sale status when it came out, wondering how long that would really be. I was searching around, curious as to whether or not anyone bought the collector's box (saw the one on eBay), and started wondering about the deck. That led me to the OOS message on D&D, and curiosity took over! thanks all!

I stand corrected.  So, the "limited time" they're talking about - just how limited?  It's been close to a year and they just came back in stock - which is going to utterly crush the eBay market for the deck, by the way.  I mean, an offer lasting twenty or thirty years is still "limited" if you want to be technical about it, but it's a little deceptive to keep a supposedly limited deck around for so long.
