NEW FUNCTIONALITY: Choose your board language!

I added some long needed functionality to the site. You can now change the language the forum is displayed to you in by going to your Account Settings tab within your profile.

Current supported languages are: English, Spanish, French

I will now be adding more languages as time goes on, but if you guys have any that you want me to prioritize let me know here.

Keep in mind all posts must still be made in English.

A bit of both, really.  It's an homage to the film and even has the mannequins artfully positioned around the bar.  I don't think they converted any of them to function as a liquor or beer tap, however.  City health code would likely make that difficult, too much so to be worth it.
