Thanks for the thread. So hear is the dilemma. I starting to see the error of my ways. Since I'm going away from the Texas theme by changing the back of card to a harlequin theme I need a new name for this deck. Texas Playing Cards is just going to be a company name in the background just like Jackson's Kings-Wild-Project. It probably needs a Joker theme name since the Jokers are my biggest asset. Any suggestions? I could really use your help.
By the way, I can change the name of the Kickstarter Project which I think is kind of weird.

Holy cow - I never thought I'd see the day. Common sense is coming to Russell Common!

Harlequins are a more European invention - look up the word in various European languages and see if a word jumps out at you. Alternately, you can look for joker/trickster characters in other continents' folklore - for example, Loki would be a great example of a trickster character - just don't make him look like the Marvel Comics character and you're golden.
Asian tricksters might be a good idea, because playing cards are extremely popular in many Asian cultures. You could even retitle the courts, in particular the new ones you created, with titles that would be more culturally relevant and not solely of a specific religion but that are also part of folklore - for example, you might swap out "bishop" for "shaman", replace "cavalier" with "samurai" or "ninja" or "archer", maybe even squeeze in "daimyo" (Japanese lords) in there somewhere.
