Good books to start learning mentalism

Does anyone know some good books to use to begin learning & using mentalism?
I really want to learn some of the basic tricks, as well as the principles so that I can customize them. (The tricks, I mean)

Try hitting up Rich Ferguson's website.  He also created "This Is Mentalism 1 & 2" for Ellusionist.  There was also a strange effect he had where he could make the word being guessed appear on the subject's body, usually an arm.  That should also be selling at E.

I think he is talking about tagged. I know a few good books but dont have time to find out their titles for you at the moment, so sometime today I will share them here.

Not big on Mentalism but I've heard Confessions of a Conjuror by Derren Brown is a good book. Also, you could try out some mind reading/marked decks to perform some Mentalism. The Code by Andy Nyman has got rave reviews. Rich Fergusons Ice breaker deck is pretty good too.

I'm surprised no one mentioned "13 Steps to Mentalism" by Corinda. This is usually one of the first books people will recommend for getting into mentalism. It was my first book and I found it very useful and informative.
