I don't know, man. Jackson should have a duck on this, simply because it's just too close, although of course he'd have to prove just how similar they are, and the paradigm is just so close and the description is darned nearly duplicated from his Fed52 series campaigns.  Certainly enough for me (and I certainly wasn't the first) to say it looks like the IDEA was Jackson's, but certainly NOT the art!  That is NOT his, unless he took out a loan on his future and took a second (mortgaged) on his home.
