E posted this on their Facebook page last night:

Madison will release a limited few of his Black Dealers tomorrow. He created the deck for his personal use but we decided to incite you guys with a one-time promotion to spice up your March... details released tomorrow. The black logo deck looks so elegant in your hands, my personal favorite. ---- Brad.

Have to spend $111 to get an "unreleased" black Dealers.

I'm reading that as they will be released sometime in the future (without having to spend $111).

Coming from someone that has every Daniel Madison deck, a Scarlet Dealers AIP and "then some", the numbers don't work for me at $111.00. There is nothing I need at $111.00 that's motivating me.

Anything for the Black Club Members? Maybe... Spend $50 get 1x Black v2 Deck. Spend $100 get 2x Black v2 Decks? Limit 2 per customer. Just throwing it out there. I would pay for that!

Well, well, well, seems like E is not being very honest. Check out madisonplayingcards.com/dealersblack.html and you will see he clearly states he is NOT keeping any of these for himself!

That could mean he gave them out to friends as well... I'll wait for the review on your channel that will be indicative of your pure hatred for E. /sarcasm

No, to be fair, it states on that page that these were to be released with the Scarlet V2s and to be made publicly available, this hardly counts as available.

But you don't have to purchase it. If you have things you wanted to purchase, then the price point becomes nothing - you get a gift along with things you want. However if you have nothing to buy, but decide to grudgingly spend the money just for the cards, then you have spent $111 + shipping on a deck of cards.

LMAO (wait for the review)

I honestly don't think Madison has many v2's in his possession to give away. Only the few he might have for himself. He probably has much more of the Scarlet v1's and Scarlet Rounders then any other.

This promotion is all about Ellusionist.

I'm not a black club member, but I'm assuming he's asking if members are getting a special deal (or hoping)

Its wishful thinking.

The AIP bottle is a nice deal.
1 AIP Signature Bottle (A Scarlet for Black Club)
1 Matching Deck (A Scarlet for Black Club)
1 Rare Deck (Scarlet Dealers with Code)
1 Black v2
Only $150.

Been looking to buy some stuff from E anyway so I went ahead and picked up a few dvds.  Nice thing is that the 3 dvds I grabbed put me up to 110 so I got both the scarlet dealers and the black ones but at the same time I then got 10% off for having 3 dvds.

Well as a member you do get discounts on everything. I ended up going for the deal and only spent $99 and am getting both free decks, thanks to discounts and points.

I was surprised this was how the Black v2 Dealers was first released by Ellusionist. After giving it a few hours to think about, I got in on this deal also.

  • I am generally strange
From what I understand these are not even being given out to his friends, it is strictly E promotion.
Madison gives out blue and scarlet rounders and is barely seen using dealers apparently

That I can understand as an easy searching will show that it's a marked deck and will ruin the illusion and mystery of a lot of tricks.

What's interesting is that if you're a BC member, just place a Gold Art in your cart and $11 more and you got all these freebies and just pay about $50 for everything.
