Looks real nice. Here's hoping the 2500 green ones actually have green backs.

If you look at the images, the backs appear as red-tinted gold and green-tinted gold.

As a PSA, the metallic gold ink is not going to look anything like those renders. No ink currently available will have a sheen that strong. They will end up looking quite flat, I'm afraid.

It's an all-too-common mistake - artists assuming that what they see on their monitor will be exactly what rolls off the printing press.  The only way they'd get that kind of sheen would be through the use of gold foil rather than gold ink, and from what I've heard, it's a nightmarish process to properly align metallic foil on an uncut sheet.  I know of one company that's attempting it but it's not perfected.

Now metallic foils on playing cards would be pretty awesome though I understanding the process would be a headache and probably extremely expensive to make correctly.

I think that's the dream for all artists and designers, for their work to be reproduced exactly like it is on their screen.

Until the method of deck printing is radically changed, "what you see" won't be "what you get" for some time down the road.

I like the green but I do NOT like the green/gold back with the black borders. It appears that I am in the minority on this one though. The overwhelming majority like the black. I will probably pick up one, even if (when) black wins out, just to have one, but one will be it.

So according to Mike, these guys have another 8-12 decks coming out this year, that's way too much imho! They are going to over saturate the market with decks!

"The sky is falling, the sky is falling!!!"

Calm down, Victor.  If he can find a way to make a profit and sell out of all those decks, the market's NOT oversaturated.  That remains to be seen.

My biggest concern is all these decks clogging up the pipe at USPC and continuously delaying projects on KS.

I honestly doubt it would cause that severe a delay and if it does, than either creators will know better or USPCC will give deck creators a new estimate in how long to expect there things. Sometimes life has very simple solutions to everything and just waiting, is a timeless and extremely cheap solution.

Uh, guys?  At present, USPC is cranked up to handling about three custom deck projects per day and they're backed up, but they tell people this when they're placing their orders.  It shouldn't be a big deal 'cause you'll get, in many cases, reasonably accurate estimates assuming no foul-ups occur.
